Wetteren | Werfleider wegenwerken | Voltijds (12u-shiften van 06u tot 18u) | Meteen een vast contract en bedrijfswagen via Randstad Permanent Placement.

Als werfleider wegenwerken ben jij de spilfiguur die infrastructurele projecten vlot en gestroomlijnd laat verlopen. Elke ochtend start je vanuit het kantoor in Wetteren, waarna je het terrein op trekt om meerdere werven te coordineren, ploegen aan te sturen en het overzicht te bewaren. Dankzij jouw mensenkennis en technische inzicht stuur je arbeiders motiverend aan en zorg je dat de werken veilig, efficient en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

In deze functie werk je in een krachtig en stabiel uurrooster van 12-urenshiften (van 06:00 tot 18:00 uur). Aangezien je telkens vertrekt vanuit de vestiging te Wetteren, geniet je van een vaste uitvalsbasis dicht bij de werven. Dit werkregime betekent langere werkdagen op het terrein, maar levert jou daardoor ook meer aaneengesloten vrije dagen op in jouw week.

Via de afdeling Permanent Placement van Randstad solliciteer je rechtstreeks voor een vast contract van onbepaalde duur bij een leidende, stabiele en familiale speler in infrastructureel beheer. Je omzeilt de interim-periode en geniet vanaf dag een van de zekerheid van een vaste aanstelling, gecombineerd met de persoonlijke ondersteuning van Randstad tijdens het selectieproces. Als werfleider wegenwerken bouw je mee aan de wegen van morgen en maak je dagelijks een voelbare impact op de veiligheid en doorstroming op de weg.

Bacheloropleiding in een technische of bouwkundige richting, of een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door praktijkervaring.

Ervaring binnen wegenbouw of infrastructuurwerken, bij voorkeur met kennis van de regio rond Wetteren.

Sterke leidinggevende vaardigheden, mensenkennis en een heldere, directe communicatiestijl.

Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands; basiskennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.

In het bezit van minstens een rijbewijs B en bereid om elke ochtend te starten vanuit Wetteren.

Bereidheid om te werken in een gestructureerd rooster van 12-uurs shiften (van 06:00 tot 18:00 uur).

Sturen en coachen van arbeiders en ploegen op de verschillende actieve werven.

Plannen, organiseren en dagelijks opvolgen van alle wegenwerken en infrastructurele projecten.

Bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en het rendement van de uitvoering op de werven.

Coordineren en afstemmen van materiaal, machines en externe onderaannemers.

Onderhouden van de dagelijkse communicatie met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen.

Beheren van de administratieve opvolging van de werven (zoals vorderingsstaten, vergunningen en nacalculaties).

Tijdig detecteren van knelpunten op de werf en doeltreffend praktische oplossingen toepassen.
