Dankzij hun sterke technische expertise en het gebruik van moderne bouwmethodes zoals BIM, slagen ze erin om projecten voorspelbaar en efficiënt te realiseren, met aandacht voor detail en duurzaamheid. Jobomschrijving

Ben jij iemand die graag de touwtjes in handen neemt op de werf en energie haalt uit het opvolgen van bouwprojecten? In deze rol zorg je voor een vlotte, veilige en correcte uitvoering van de werken en ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de werf en de projectleiding. Wat ga je doen?

  • De dagelijkse opvolging van de werven en correcte uitvoering van de werken worden door jou bewaakt
  • Aansturing van ploegbazen, vakmannen en onderaannemers behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid
  • Werfvoorbereiding en tijdige afroep van materialen worden door jou georganiseerd
  • De planning en voortgang van de werken worden nauw opgevolgd en bewaakt
  • Kwaliteitscontrole gebeurt steeds in lijn met het bestek
  • Werfvergaderingen worden opgevolgd en correct gerapporteerd
  • Veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werf krijgen jouw continue aandacht
  • Nauw overleg met de projectleider zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking

Voor deze functie zoeken we een Werfleider die technisch inzicht combineert met organisatietalent en sterke communicatieve skills. Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Een hogere bouwkundige opleiding of een Master in de Industriële Wetenschappen Bouwkunde
  • Sterke technische kennis en inzicht in bouwprocessen
  • Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
  • Talent voor plannen en organiseren
  • Een pragmatische, probleemoplossende en besluitvaardige ingesteldheid
