Jobomschrijving

Usg professionals is op zoek naar een freelance werfleider voor in Antwerpen centrum..

Verantwoordelijkheden als werfleider:

  • Zorgen voor een vlot en veilig verloop van projecten.
  • Opstellen van korte termijn planningen en dagelijkse arbeidersplanning.
  • Tijdig afronden van werkopdrachten.

Aansturing en coördinatie:

  • Proactief aansturen van eigen ploegen en onderaannemers.
  • Detecteren en oplossen van achterstanden.
  • Zorg dragen voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van materiaal en materieel.

Samenwerking:

  • Nauwe samenwerking met de projectleiding voor optimale werfbezetting.
  • Afstemmen op actuele behoeften.

Verbetertrajecten en kwaliteit:

  • Initiëren en ondersteunen van verbetertrajecten.
  • Gericht werken aan verhoogde efficiëntie en kwaliteit.

Veiligheid:

  • Onveilige situaties direct melden.
  • Strikte naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften waarborgen.

Communicatie en werfpunten:

  • Efficiënt beheren van openstaande werfpunten.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor ploegen, architecten en bouwheren.

Coördinatie met partners:

  • Nauw samenwerken met onder- en nevenaannemers.
  • Zorgen voor een gestructureerde en georganiseerde werking

Ervaring en kennis:

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie bij een klasse 8 hoofdaannemer
  • Vertrouwdheid met programma's zoals Aproplan, Office (Word, AutoCAD), en AutoCAD is een pluspunt.

  • Werkt autonoom en communiceert effectief met diverse partijen.Technisch inzicht en planning:
  • Sterk technisch inzicht om nauwkeurig overzicht over planningen te behouden.
