Onze klant zoekt een werfleider voor glasvezelprojecten — iemand die mee bouwt aan de telecominfrastructuur van morgen. Dankzij jouw inzet krijgen zowel gezinnen als bedrijven binnenkort toegang tot een ultrasnel netwerk.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je neemt de leiding over de uitvoering van diverse telecomwerven, van de voorbereidende studie en het ontwerp tot de vergunningsaanvragen, planning en organisatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de projectleider.
  • Je stuurt de verschillende teams op het terrein aan, zoals glasvezellassers, blaasploegen en montageploegen.
  • Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met toezichters van zowel de klant als de aannemers.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar klantgerichte oplossingen voor uiteenlopende technische uitdagingen.
  • Voor alle werven binnen het project ben jij de verantwoordelijke spilfiguur.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in ICT, telecom, elektriciteit of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Kennis van telecom of ICT is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office. Ervaring met AutoCAD is een pluspunt. Nieuwe software en apps van de klant maak je je snel eigen.
  • Je organiseert efficiënt, werkt nauwkeurig, veilig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je hecht belang aan milieuvriendelijk werken en zoekt steeds naar duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je kan een team motiveren en aansturen.
  • Ervaring met glasvezeltechnieken is mooi meegenomen.
