Ben jij een ervaren werfleider grondwerken op zoek naar autonomie en gevarieerde infraprojecten? In de regio Zulte coördineer jij meerdere werven gelijktijdig bij een stabiel, familiaal bedrijf met decennialange expertise in grondwerken en rioleringswerken. De functie inhoud Als Werfleider grondwerken ben jij de spilfiguur op meerdere actieve werven tegelijk.

  • Aansturen van arbeiders, ploegbazen en onderaannemers zodat elke werf veilig en volgens planning verloopt.
  • Dagelijks de voortgang van de werven bewaken en bijsturen.
  • Tijdig bestellen van materiaal en zorgen voor een vlotte werfvoorbereiding.
  • Kwaliteits- en veiligheidsopvolging conform Standaardbestek 250 en geldende normen.
  • Controleren van werfrapporten, registratie- en leverbonnen met oog voor detail.
  • Nauw afstemmen met projectleider en directie over planning en prioriteiten.
  • Aanwezig van opstart tot correcte oplevering, inclusief nazorg.

Onze klant In de regio Zulte is een middelgrote speler in grondwerken en infrastructuurwerken op zoek naar een Werfleider grondwerken. Het bedrijf is actief in bouwrijp maken van terreinen, aanleg van hoofdrioleringen, verhardingen en openbare infraprojecten in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen. Kwaliteit primeert op snelheid, en elke medewerker krijgt echte autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid. De hechte teamstructuur zorgt voor korte lijnen en een respectvolle samenwerking. Jij bent een Werfleider grondwerken met hands-on ervaring in de infrasector.

  • Graduaat of Bachelor bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in grondwerken of wegeniswerken.
  • Kennis van rioleringswerken, Standaardbestek 250, Excel en basis AutoCAD.
  • Stressbestendig, autonoom, oplossingsgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Rijbewijs B en VCA leidinggevend (of bereid te behalen).
