Voor onze klant in Kontich zijn we op zoek naar een Werfleider.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de werf en stuurt vakmensen en onderaannemers aan. Je houdt het overzicht, grijpt in waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat problemen snel en praktisch worden opgelost.

Samen met de Projectleider vorm je een sterk duo. Waar de Projectleider de algemene projectcoördinatie bewaakt, zorg jij ervoor dat de plannen op de werf daadwerkelijk worden omgezet in kwalitatief en efficiënt uitgevoerd werk.

Jouw voornaamste taken zijn:

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse leiding en organisatie van de werf.
  • Je stuurt eigen medewerkers, vakmensen en onderaannemers aan.
  • Je bewaakt de planning en voortgang van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je volgt het budget en de inzet van mensen en middelen op.
  • Je bestudeert en interpreteert projectplannen, uitvoeringsplannen en technische details.
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie en een nette, overzichtelijke werf.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat de veiligheidsvoorschriften correct worden nageleefd.
  • Je controleert onder andere de aanwezigheid en correcte uitvoering van veiligheidsmaatregelen, zoals het dichten van openingen, plaatsen van leuningen en andere werfbeveiligingen.
  • Je voert controles uit op de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken.
  • Je signaleert problemen, afwijkingen en mogelijke vertragingen tijdig en zoekt samen met de betrokken partijen naar oplossingen.
  • Je onderhoudt een goede en professionele vertrouwensrelatie met onderaannemers, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers.
  • Je rapporteert de voortgang en belangrijke aandachtspunten aan de Projectleider.
  • graduaat of bachelor in bouwkunde of gelijk door ervaring;
