De functie inhoud Wat houdt een job als Werfleider nu in?

  • Grondige voorbereiding van projecten in nauwe samenwerking met de Project Ingenieur en Project Manager, met een efficiënte organisatie van de toegewezen werven
  • Organisatie en coördinatie van alle werfactiviteiten, met focus op een vlotte en veilige uitvoering
  • Aansturing en begeleiding van arbeiders om de projectdoelstellingen te behalen
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen tijdens de uitvoering
  • Bewaking van veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement, inclusief nacalculaties, tussentijdse controles en een pragmatische aanpak bij problemen

Wie ben jij als Werfleider?

  • Hogere technische opleiding of aantoonbare gelijkwaardige ervaring, met minstens 3 jaar praktijkervaring in het leiden van werven en technische projecten
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, met een goede basis in Frans en Engels
  • Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten, met een hands-on mentaliteit en het vermogen om helder en doelgroepgericht te communiceren
  • Voldoende IT-vaardigheden om de werf efficiënt te plannen en op te volgen
