The posting

Begeleid de uitvoering van hoog- en middenspanningsprojecten waarbij klanttevredenheid en financiële resultaten samenkomen. Je werkt op diverse werven aan projecten die bijdragen aan de energietransitie, van hoogspanningsstations tot batterij- en solarinstallaties, en krijgt gerichte opleidingen zoals BA5 werfleider om je rol verder uit te bouwen. In deze technische omgeving bouw je je expertise verder uit en werk je mee aan infrastructuur die een directe impact heeft. Bij Equans geloven we dat diverse talenten onze teams sterker maken. Jouw werklocatie: diverse werven bij klanten (distributienetbeheerders en industriële spelers). Jouw Equans-uitvalsbasis: Haren & Wetteren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt onsite voor midden- en hoogspanningsinstallaties
  • je begeleidt en bereidt projecten voor, zowel kleine als grotere realisaties
  • je zorgt voor de dagelijkse opvolging van jouw werf, binnen en buiten
  • je werkt samen met een team van ongeveer drie elektromonteurs en stemt de werkzaamheden af
  • je bent aanwezig op de werf en onderhoudt het contact met collega’s en klanten
  • je verzorgt de werkvoorbereiding en stelt de nodige documenten op
  • je zorgt voor de tijdige bestelling en reservering van materiaal en gereedschap
  • je volgt risicoanalyses en veiligheidsvoorschriften nauwgezet op
  • je werkt mee aan projecten rond hoogspanningsstations, batterijopslag, solarinstallaties, laadinfrastructuur en datacenters

  • technische opleiding of aantoonbare ervaring als werfleider
  • ervaring in een technische omgeving, bij voorkeur elektriciteit of hoogspanning
  • ervaring met het organiseren van werkzaamheden en het samenwerken met een team
  • basiskennis van administratieve opvolging en documentatie
  • heldere communicatie en het vermogen om collega’s te betrekken en te motiveren
  • verantwoordelijkheidszin en aandacht voor veiligheid, netheid en kwaliteit
  • bereid om op werven te werken en je te verplaatsen volgens de planning van de projecten
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een plus
