The posting

Onze opdrachtgever is een groeiende, maar stabiele techniekengroep gespecialiseerd in HVAC en sanitair, ontstaan uit de samensmelting van meerdere gespecialiseerde installatiebedrijven. Met een team van meer dan 100 medewerkers en een eigen studiedienst begeleidt het bedrijf projecten van ontwerp tot oplevering en onderhoud, en dat zowel in ventilatie, verwarming, sanitair als airco.

Dankzij deze totaalaanpak en een uitgebreide klantenportefeuille in onder meer utiliteitsbouw en residentiële projecten, blijft het bedrijf sterk doorgroeien. Om die groei te ondersteunen, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Werfleider HVAC die de spilfiguur wordt op de werf.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je stelt de werfplanning op in overleg met de projectmanager en verdeelt taken onder monteurs en onderaannemers.
  • Je voert voorbereidende werfbezoeken uit en zorgt dat alles klaarstaat voor de opstart, inclusief het bestellen van materialen.
  • Je begeleidt de technische uitvoering op de werf (CV, sanitair, leidingen, prefabborden) en start montageploegen op.
  • Je stuurt, motiveert en ondersteunt je teams, en evalueert prestaties met constructieve feedback.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor teams, onderaannemers en projectleiding, en volgt voortgang, uren en materiaalgebruik op.
