Voor een hoogstaande speler gelegen in Oudenaarde, ben ik momenteel op zoek naar een Werfleider HVAC om hun team te versterken. Deze sterk groeiende firma is al meer dan 30 jaar een echte specialist in zijn vakgebied en telt ondertussen 500 medewerkers. Met een jaarlijkse omzet van meer dan €200 miljoen is dit een onmisbare kracht binnen hun sector. Je komt terecht in een moderne werkomgeving waar jouw collega's alvast klaar staan om jou met open armen te ontvangen!

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Als aanspreekpunt op de werven ben je de schakel tussen jouw team van werfleiders, onderaannemers en de bouwheren.
  • Jij zorgt voor de orde en netheid op de werf en draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor de algemene werforganisatie.
  • Regelmatig overleg je met de projectleiders, en je houdt hen nauwgezet op de hoogte van de voortgang op de werven.
  • Het bewaken van de projectplanning en het direct signaleren van mogelijke hindernissen voor vertraging aan de betrokken partijen zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Veiligheid staat bij jou hoog in het vaandel, en je waarborgt dit door het creëren van veilige werkomgevingen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring als HVAC-technieker of werfleider en bent nu klaar om de stap naar werfleider te zetten.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en hecht belang aan klantgericht werken.
  • Je hebt uitstekende kennis van HVAC-technieken waardoor je de projecten in goede banen kan leiden.
  • Draag je veiligheid hoog in het vaandel? Perfect!
  • Je bent geen 'ik' persoon en kan jezelf een echte teamplayer noemen.
