De functie inhoud Als Werfleider HVAC neem je de leiding over HVAC-projecten en zorg je ervoor dat alles technisch, organisatorisch en financieel correct verloopt.

Wat houdt de rol concreet in?

  • Coördineren van HVAC-projecten vanaf voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Aansturen van monteurs en onderaannemers op de werf met focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Plannen en organiseren van personeel, materiaal en middelen.
  • Opvolgen van budgetten en vorderingsstaten.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tijdens werfvergaderingen.
  • Bewaken van de voortgang en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Meedenken over technische oplossingen en optimalisaties binnen HVAC-installaties.

De projecten situeren zich voornamelijk in West-Vlaanderen, wat zorgt voor overzichtelijke werven en een goede werk-privébalans.

  • Een sterke kennis van HVAC-installaties.
