Een werf organiseren, klanten en leveranciers opvolgen én tegelijk voldoende voeling houden met wat er technisch op het terrein gebeurt? Voor wie niet gelukkig wordt van een job die zich volledig achter een bureau afspeelt, kan deze functie wel eens exact de juiste combinatie zijn.

Onze klant is een technisch installatiebedrijf actief binnen koeling, HVAC, ventilatie en andere gebouwtechnieken. De organisatie combineert de slagkracht van een grotere internationale groep met een opvallend ondernemende manier van werken. Medewerkers krijgen veel vrijheid, voorstellen vanuit de werkvloer worden serieus genomen en verantwoordelijkheid ligt bewust dicht bij de mensen die het werk uitvoeren.

Als werfleider krijg je dan ook geen rol waarin je enkel planningen en Excelbestanden opvolgt. Je organiseert jouw werven van A tot Z, onderhoudt contacten met klanten en leveranciers, maakt offertes op en springt waar nodig ook technisch mee bij op het terrein. Hoe sterk je operationeel meewerkt, hangt deels van jezelf af, maar de connectie met de werf blijft altijd behouden.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Van planning tot oplevering neem je de organisatie en opvolging van jouw werven zelfstandig in handen
  • Bestellingen, administratie, offertes en contacten met leveranciers en klanten zorgen voor een brede verantwoordelijkheid naast het technische luik
  • Op de werf houd je nauw contact met de monteurs, volg je de vooruitgang op en stuur je bij wanneer dat nodig is
  • Zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen steken hoort bij de cultuur van het bedrijf; hoeveel je operationeel meewerkt, kan deels afgestemd worden op jouw ervaring en voorkeur
  • Dankzij de combinatie van techniek, organisatie en klantencontact bouw je de nodige ervaring op om op termijn eventueel verder door te groeien richting projectleiding
  • Een technische achtergrond binnen HVAC, koeltechniek, elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige omgeving
  • Voldoende zelfstandigheid en maturiteit om een werf, administratie en communicatie met verschillende partijen te beheren
  • Je kunt je voldoende uitdrukken in het Frans om in de beginperiode met Franstalige collega’s samen te werken
