Jobomschrijving

Heb jij een passie voor HVAC-technieken en ben jij een geboren organisator? Wil je graag verantwoordelijkheid dragen over werven en teams? Voor een toonaangevend installatiebedrijf, actief in HVAC, regeltechniek en sanitair, zoeken wij een ervaren Werfleider HVAC. Zet jij de stap naar deze boeiende job met veel autonomie, technische uitdaging én groeimogelijkheden?

Als Werfleider HVAC stuur je dagelijks één of meerdere werven aan. Je overziet zowel de planning, uitvoering als de kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorgt dat de werken vlekkeloos verlopen.

Jouw taken als Werfleider HVAC:

  • Je superviseert en controleert de werkzaamheden van personeel en onderaannemers op de werf.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van rapporten en correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en het budget van HVAC-, sanitaire en regeltechnische installaties.
  • Je zorgt voor de naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften en -normen op de werven.
  • Je motiveert je team, beantwoordt vragen en onderhoudt vlotte communicatie met alle betrokken partijen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, leveranciers en de opdrachtgever.

Jouw kwaliteiten als Werfleider HVAC:

  • Je behaalde een bachelor industrieel ingenieur, elektromechanica of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring in wervenbeheer of techniek.
  • Je hebt kennis van HVAC-normen, regelgeving en technische installaties.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, goed georganiseerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je haalt plezier uit het aansturen, motiveren en begeleiden van mensen.
  • Je bent flexibel en verplaatst je eenvoudig tussen verschillende werven in Vlaanderen en Brussel.
  • Je communiceert vlot en bent resultaatgericht.
