Ben jij een people manager met sterke technische kennis in HVAC en zoek je een leidinggevende rol met impact? In deze functie volg je projecten op, stuur je verschillende afdelingen aan en zorg je voor structuur, kwaliteit en efficiënte samenwerking binnen een groeiende organisatie.

  • Je volgt de werking van onze verschillende afdelingen op – van (designer) engineers tot projectleiders – en stimuleert samenwerking en uniforme werkwijzen binnen een groeiende context
  • Je gaat geregeld in overleg met de projectleiders en neemt een adviserende rol op bij operationele, technische of organisatorische uitdagingen
  • Je gaat af en toe naar onze werven en fungeert er als aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in overleg en onderhandelingen en ondersteunt de projectleiders waar nodig
  • De projectleiders rapporteren aan jou over het budget en de voortgang van onze projecten HVAC & Sanitair
  • Afwijkingen in budget of contract detecteer je tijdig en rapporteer je helder en correct aan de business unit manager
  • Je hebt een bachelor‑ of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, met sterke kennis van HVAC
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en krijgt energie van complexe uitdagingen
  • Je bent een natuurlijke people manager die teams motiveert en richting geeft
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, analytisch en oplossingsgericht
