Neem jij graag de leiding over technisch uitdagende projecten? Ben jij sterk in organisatie, communicatie én techniek?

Wij zijn een groeiend en gespecialiseerd bedrijf actief binnen industriële koeltechniek, HVAC en warmtepompsystemen. We werken aan vooruitstrevende installaties met onder andere natuurlijke koudemiddelen zoals CO₂, propaan en ammoniak. Als Werfleider ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorg je ervoor dat het project praktisch en technisch vlot verloopt. Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen de projectleider, klant, techniekers en onderaannemers.

Geen standaardprojecten dus, maar technisch uitdagende installaties die mee bouwen aan een duurzamere toekomst.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Organiseren en opvolgen van werven van opstart tot oplevering.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van techniekers en onderaannemers.
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke taakverdeling en efficiënte werkorganisatie.
  • Overleggen met klanten en deelnemen aan of leiden van werfvergaderingen.
  • Opvolgen van de planning en ervoor zorgen dat deadlines worden gehaald.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en correcte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Coördineren van materialen, leveringen en de praktische organisatie op de werf.
  • Technische en organisatorische problemen snel analyseren en oplossen.
  • Anticiperen op mogelijke problemen zodat de werken zo vlot mogelijk verlopen.
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang van de werkzaamheden.
  • Samenwerken met de projectleider om elk project kwalitatief en succesvol af te ronden.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken geen perfecte kandidaat, maar wel iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen en graag het overzicht bewaart.

Je:

  • Hebt ervaring als werfleider, ploegbaas, hoofdmonteur of in een gelijkaardige technische functie.
  • Beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en kan technische plannen lezen.
  • Bent sterk in organiseren en plannen.
  • Communiceert vlot met klanten, collega's en onderaannemers.
  • Weet hoe je mensen moet motiveren en een team op een positieve manier aanstuurt.
  • Bent oplossingsgericht en denkt graag een stap vooruit.
  • Hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Durft verantwoordelijkheid nemen en beslissingen maken wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Bent klantgericht en professioneel.
