Werfleider HVAC/SAN

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een werfleider HVAC/SAN die actief is in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je staat in voor een vlotte en kwaliteitsvolle controle van de materialen en werken op de werf.
  • Je volgt het rendement op en zorgt voor de technische kwaliteit van de installatie.
  • Je stuurt een ploeg van eigen monteurs en lassers aan en eventueel onderaannemers. Je motiveert je team en ondersteunt hen op technisch vlak waar nodig. Je beheert en controleert de werkuren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Projectleider en je helpt waar nodig bij het voorbereiden van bestellingen en verrekeningen, controle van hoeveelheden materiaal en het opmaken van as built dossiers.

PROFIEL

Ben jij de geknipte kandidaat?

  • Je hebt inzicht in HVAC en sanitaire installaties en kan een plan lezen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een relevant diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring in het motiveren en aansturen van een ploeg medewerkers.
  • Je bent dynamisch, flexibel, nauwgezet en in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Veiligheid komt voor jou op de eerste plaats.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.

  • 40 uren werkweek, dus je hebt bovenop het wettelijk verlof 12 betaalde ADV-dagen.
  • Mooie verloning afhankelijk van jouw ervaring met de nodige indexaties, conform PC 124
  • Jaarlijks worden de lonen herbekeken afhankelijk van jouw inzet.
  • Een camionette, zo kan je van thuis uit naar de werf vertrekken.
