The posting

Je komt terecht in een hecht en betrokken team waar samenwerken centraal staat. De werfleiders zijn vaak onderweg, maar er wordt zoveel mogelijk gewerkt met vaste ploegen zodat je een goede band opbouwt met je collega's. Binnen de organisatie wordt veel belang gehecht aan open communicatie, collegialiteit en elkaar ondersteunen. Hier ben je geen leidinggevende die vanop afstand toekijkt: je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werf en werkt actief mee met je team. Heb je ambitie om verder door te groeien? Jobomschrijving

Als Werfleider Elektriciteit ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en coördinatie van de werf. Je stuurt een team van techniekers aan, bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het coördineren van de dagelijkse activiteiten op de werf, van installatie en onderhoud tot het testen en in dienst stellen van elektrische installaties.
  • Het aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team van techniekers.
  • Het bewaken van de planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werf.
  • Het verzorgen van de administratieve opvolging, waaronder het invullen van werfdocumenten en het actualiseren van elektrische schema's.
  • Het beheren en tijdig bestellen van materialen.

Actief meewerken op de werf, zoals het plaatsen van kabelbanen, aansluiten van elektrische installaties en bedraden van elektrische kasten. Tijdens je opstart sta je er bovendien niet alleen voor. Je wordt begeleid door een projectleider en loopt mee met een ervaren werfleider, zodat je de werking van het bedrijf en de projecten grondig leert kennen.

Jij bent een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je weet mensen te motiveren, communiceert vlot en houdt steeds het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere zaken tegelijk aandacht vragen.Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • Ervaring als werfleider binnen de industriële elektriciteit, bij voorkeur in HVAC-projecten (elektrisch, niet mechanisch).
  • Sterke technische kennis van industriële elektrische installaties.
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Een nauwkeurige en flexibele werkhouding met oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van Engels is mooi meegenomen, Frans is een pluspunt.
