Wil jij je technische kennis combineren met het aansturen van mensen, zonder zelf de voeling met de werf te verliezen?

Voor een technisch bedrijf in regio Puurs-Sint-Amands zoeken we een Werfleider industriële elektriciteit. De onderneming realiseert industriële elektrotechnische installaties en staat bekend om haar focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en een correcte uitvoering bij klanten.

Als Werfleider krijg je een mooie combinatie van techniek en verantwoordelijkheid. Ongeveer de helft van je tijd coördineer je de werkzaamheden, de andere helft werk je zelf mee. Je kent je ploeg dus niet alleen vanop papier, maar staat tussen je mensen en weet wat er op de werf speelt.

Je begeleidt doorgaans een team van 2 tot 6 vakmannen en vormt het aanspreekpunt tussen de medewerkers op de werf, de projectleiding en de klant. Geen functie waarbij je alleen vanop afstand opvolgt, maar een rol waarin jouw technische inzicht iedere dag telt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Werfleider organiseer en coördineer je de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van een ploeg van 2 tot 6 techniekers, waarbij veiligheid, kwaliteit en een vlotte uitvoering centraal staan
  • Samen met je team vertaal je technische plannen naar de praktijk en werk je zelf actief mee aan de uitvoering wanneer dat nodig is
  • Daarnaast bewaak je de planning en controleer je materialen en leveringen, zodat jouw ploeg kan doorwerken zonder onnodige stilstand
  • Vanuit jouw centrale rol onderhoud je het contact met projectleiding, klanten, leveranciers en het werfteam en communiceer je duidelijk over voortgang, wijzigingen en technische aandachtspunten
  • Tot slot volg je kwaliteit en veiligheidsprocedures nauwgezet op en ondersteun je de oplevering, eindcontroles en eventuele nazorg van het project
  • Qua opleiding beschik je over een technische achtergrond in elektrotechniek, bijvoorbeeld via een technisch secundair diploma, graduaat, bachelor of een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door ervaring
  • Wat ervaring betreft heb je al enkele jaren binnen industriële elektrotechniek, bouw of industriële renovatie achter de rug; ervaring met het begeleiden of aansturen van collega's is een duidelijke plus
  • Tot slot spreek je vloeiend Nederlands omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften en communicatie op de werf en beschik je over een basiskennis Engels
