Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende rol binnen een toonaangevend bedrijf regio Sint-Niklaas dat gespecialiseerd is in het beheer van gebouwen? Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en projecten binnen het onderhoudsdomein, met als doel een optimaal verloop van het onderhoudsproces te waarborgen. Sluit je aan bij ons team en help ons de lat nog hoger te leggen – want bij ons is "onderhoud" meer dan alleen een vak, het is een kunst!

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Coördineer en volg preventief onderhoud, spin-offs en add-ons op, en plan dagelijkse en wekelijkse werkzaamheden in samenwerking met de service desk.
  • Communiceer extern met klanten over bezoeken en conclusies, en waarborg naleving van procedures.
  • Stimuleer interne communicatie met de service desk en Contract Managers voor planning, offertes en rapportages.
  • Ondersteun en volg technici op, zorg voor de juiste inzet van personeel en vraag opleidingen aan op basis van behoeften.
  • Je waarborgt de veiligheid door naleving van veiligheidsrichtlijnen en het gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen.
  • Beheer pré-facturatie en voer onderhandelingen met klanten.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een technische richting, zoals Klimatisatie. Relevante werkervaring is een plus, maar attitude en vaardigheden zijn belangrijker.
  • Je hebt een brede kennis en interesse in technologie, elektriciteit en HVAC, en certificaten zoals GI/GII of VCA zijn een mooie aanvulling.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede beheersing van het Frans.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en klantgericht, met de capaciteit om problemen snel te analyseren en oplossingen te bieden.
