In de rol van werfleider ben je de drijvende kracht op de werf en zorg je voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering van de projecten.

  • Je stuurt dagelijks de arbeiders en ploegbazen aan, waarbij je hen motiveert om elk project met de hoogste precisie op te leveren.
  • Als tweetalig aanspreekpunt voor de klant onderhoud je de contacten en vertaal je hun technische wensen naar concrete acties op de werf.
  • Het bewaken van de voortgang en het budget behoort tot jouw kernverantwoordelijkheden, waarbij je direct ingrijpt zodra de planning onder druk komt te staan.
  • Jouw dag draait om een strakke logistieke coördinatie, zodat de juiste materialen en machines altijd op het juiste moment speelklaar staan.
  • Je ziet er nauwlettend op toe dat iedereen volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften werkt, omdat een succesvol project begint bij een veilige werkomgeving.

Profiel

In deze functie als werfleider combineer je technische expertise met de nodige commerciële flair in een tweetalige omgeving.

  • Je beschikt over een bouwkundig diploma of hebt door relevante jaren in de bouw een vergelijkbaar niveau van vakkennis opgebouwd.
  • Een vlotte beheersing van zowel het Nederlands als het Frans is noodzakelijk om onze teams in regio Brussel en omstreken feilloos aan te sturen.
  • Ervaring met specialistische vloertechnieken of industriële renovaties geeft jou een vliegende start in dit team.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een stressbestendige organisator die altijd het overzicht bewaart.
