Jobomschrijving

Voor onze klant zoeken we een gepassioneerde Werfleider Infra. In deze rol speel je een sleutelpositie binnen ons team op onze projecten in Heist-op-den-Berg. Met jouw ervaring van 5-10 jaar in de sector, organiseer en coördineer je onze infra-werkzaamheden. Je werkt nauw samen met arbeiders, projectleiders en partners, en zorgt ervoor dat de geplande deadlines worden gehaald. Bovendien ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht houden op de veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie op de werf.

  • Zorgen voor een vlotte voortgang van projecten, van begin tot eind.
  • Dagelijks aanspreekpunt zijn voor het personeel en contactpersonen op de werf.
  • Implementeren en waarborgen van veiligheidsrichtlijnen.
  • Actieve communicatie met projectleiders en teamleden.
  • Overzien van budgetten en deadlines.

Ben jij de perfecte kandidaat voor deze rol? Dan beschik je over:

  • Minimaal 5 relevante werkervaring als Werfleider in infra-projecten.
  • Een diploma (bij voorkeur bouwkunde of infra-gerelateerd).
  • Uitstekende organisatorische en leidinggevende vaardigheden.
  • Kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften en wetgeving binnen de bouwsector.
  • Sterke communicatie- en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Flexibiliteit om op locatie in Heist-Op-Den-Berg te werken.
  • Een proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkhouding.
