The posting

Binnen een organisatie die inzet op verbinden, duurzame oplossingen en energietransitie neem je als werfleider infra de dagelijkse leiding van de werf op. Je bent de sleutelfiguur die planning, organisatie, veiligheid en kwaliteit bewaakt en meerdere ploegen aanstuurt om projecten efficiënt en veilig te realiseren.

De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Opmaak van werfvoorbereiding en werforganisatie.
  • Opstellen van werf- en personeelsplanning en rapporteren over de voortgang van het project.
  • Aansturen van meerdere ploegen in overleg met de ploegbaas.
  • Administratief beheer van de werf, van vergunningen tot het as-built dossier.
  • Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt op de werf.
  • Toezien op veiligheids- en kwaliteitsregels op de werf.
  • Als werfleider infra zorgen voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle uitvoering van alle toegewezen projecten.

Kenniseisen

  • Bachelor bouwkunde, elektromechanica of industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde/elektromechanica.
  • Bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring als werfleider.
  • Relevante ervaring met aannemersactiviteiten is een troef, zoals kennis van overheidsopdrachten, leidingsystemen, kabels en standaardbestek 250.
  • Computervaardig, onder meer MS Office en MS Project.
  • Perfecte kennis van het Nederlands, aangevuld met kennis van Frans en Engels.

  • Kunnen omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten en variabele werkdruk zonder nauwkeurigheid te verliezen.
  • Teamplayer met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Geboren leider en motivator van mensen.
  • Flexibel qua werktijden en passie voor het métier, zoals lassen en grondmechanica.
  • Vlotte en resultaatgerichte communicatie.
  • Als werfleider infra beschik je over het inzicht en de daadkracht om werven efficiënt te organiseren en tot een kwalitatieve oplevering te brengen.
