Functie

  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat de geplande activiteiten volgens schema worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt op de werf en onderhoudt nauw contact met eigen arbeiders en onderaannemers om een efficiënte samenwerking te garanderen.
  • Opstellen en bijsturen van de werfplanning, rekening houdend met projectdoelstellingen, kwaliteitsnormen, budgetbeperkingen en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Toezien op de strikte naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften en -procedures, om een veilige werkomgeving te waarborgen. Veiligheid is een topprioriteit bij Renotec.
  • Regelmatig rapporteren aan de projectleider over de voortgang van de werkzaamheden, eventuele knelpunten en voorstellen voor verbeteringen.

Profiel

  • Een diploma in bouwkunde en minstens 3 jaar ervaring in de infrastructuur is vereist
  • Je inspireert en motiveert je teams om uitstekende resultaten te behalen
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen, je pakt uitdagingen proactief aan en vindt effectieve oplossingen
  • Je gelooft in de kracht van samenwerking en kennisdeling
