Als Werfleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse voorbereiding, organisatie en opvolging van projecten en werven.
  • Je stuurt eigen medewerkers en onderaannemers aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte planning van hun inzet.
  • Je ziet nauwgezet toe op de veiligheid en naleving van de voorschriften op de werf.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte opmaak en opvolging van het bouwdossier, inclusief technische fiches en uitvoeringsplannen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider om de projecten succesvol en binnen de afgesproken termijnen te realiseren.
  • Je bereidt werfvergaderingen voor en neemt actief deel waar nodig.
  • Je denkt mee met opdrachtgever en projectleider om het verloop van de werken zo efficiënt en vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen.

Als Werfleider herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in bouwkunde of kan een relevante ervaring voorleggen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt constructief samen met collega’s en klanten.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt overzicht, ook bij drukke periodes.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en werkt steeds met respect voor de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
