De functie inhoud Hoe ziet een dag als Werfleider Infrastructuur eruit regio Tielt?

  • Je coördineert en organiseert de uitvoering van jouw wegenis- en rioleringswerken, van de eerste werfopstart tot de uiteindelijke oplevering.
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, partners, projectleiding en arbeiders op de werkvloer.
  • Je stelt de planning op en bewaakt deze nauwgezet, zodat deadlines en kwaliteitsnormen gehaald worden.
  • Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding op over meerdere infrastructuurprojecten tegelijk en houdt het overzicht over alle lopende werven.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten tijdig en schakelt snel om problemen op te lossen voor ze escaleren.

Dankzij het succes van dit wegenbouwbedrijf, gaan ze op zoek naar extra uitbreiding op vlak van werfleiders. Teamspirit en groepsgevoel worden hier dan ook hoog in het vaandel gedragen! Als Werfleider herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Je hebt al relevante ervaring opgebouwd binnen de infrastructuursector (grond-, wegenis- of rioleringswerken).
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans, naast een uitstekende kennis Nederlands, want je schakelt vlot tussen beide talen op het terrein.
  • Je bent een doortastende probleemoplosser die rustig het hoofd koel houdt wanneer meerdere zaken tegelijk aandacht vragen.
