Hebben de spoorwegen jou altijd al geboeid, of heb je hier zelfs al ervaring in? Wil jij jouw expertise als werfleider verder inzetten in deze sector?

Voor onze afdeling infra, zoeken we nog een werfleider ter ondersteuning van onze werken binnen elektriciteit. Als firma zijn wij al tientallen jaren actief binnen de bouwsector met verschillende divisies: spoorwegen, telecom, infra & wegenis, energie en nutsvoorzieningen. Ook hebben we onze eigen design- en engineeringsafdeling.

Als werfleider stuur je één of meerdere werven aan en zorg je ervoor dat de werken vlot verlopen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor je team, de projectleiding, onderaannemers en de klant.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Dagelijks organiseren en opvolgen van één of meerdere werven
  • Aansturen van medewerkers en onderaannemers
  • Opstellen van de planning en opvolgen van de werken
  • Voorbereiden van de werf en bestellen van materialen
  • Toezien op veiligheid, kwaliteit en correcte uitvoering
  • Bijhouden van de werfadministratie en rapporteren van de voortgang
  • Overleggen met klanten, projectleiders en andere partners
  • Ondersteunen en motiveren van je team op de werf

Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma elektriciteit of hebt de nodige ervaring opgebouwd. Met Office en andere digitale toepassingen kun je vlot aan de slag. Het Nederlands beheers je goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Daarnaast heb je ook kennis van het Frans en Engels.
