  • Aansluiten van riolering op bestaande woningen
  • Volledige realisatie van nieuwe wegennetwerken

Wat ga je doen?

  • Leiding & coördinatie Jij houdt het overzicht van A tot Z en stuurt alle werken op de werf aan.
  • Centraal aanspreekpunt Je schakelt dagelijks met arbeiders, onderaannemers, studiebureaus, besturen en bewoners.
  • Budget & opvolging Je bewaakt de werfbudgetten en bespreekt de resultaten met projectleiding en directie.
  • Administratie & rapportering Je stelt meet- en vorderingsstaten op en volgt deze nauwgezet op, met ondersteuning waar nodig.
  • People management Je motiveert en begeleidt je team en zorgt voor een sterke samenwerking op de werf.
  • Efficiëntie & veiligheid Je garandeert een veilige werkomgeving en een kwalitatieve uitvoering binnen de vooropgestelde deadlines.
  • Overleg & samenwerking Je neemt deel aan werf- en planningsvergaderingen en werkt nauw samen met collega-werfleiders.
  • Ondersteuning Je kan rekenen op een sterk team achter de schermen: technische dienst, calculatie, IT, preventie, HR en meer.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma Bouwkunde
