Wat ga je doen?

  • Leiding en Coördinatie: Van de eerste schop in de grond tot de oplevering; jij hebt de touwtjes in handen.
  • Aanspreekpunt: Jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor arbeiders, onderaannemers, bewoners, studiebureaus en besturen.
  • Waardevolle Input: Jouw ideeën dragen bij aan de groei en innovatie van onze organisatie.
  • Budgetbeheer: Samen met de directie en projectleider zorg je voor transparante werfbudgetten en bespreek je maandelijks de resultaten.
  • Administratie: Je maakt meet- en vorderingsstaten op en volgt deze nauwgezet op, met ondersteuning van ons administratief team.
  • Teamleiding: Je motiveert en leidt arbeiders en onderaannemers op de werf.
  • Efficiëntie en Veiligheid: Je waarborgt een efficiënte, veilige en stipte uitvoering van alle projecten.
  • Vergaderingen: Je neemt actief deel aan werfvergaderingen en wekelijkse planningsvergaderingen in ons hoofdkantoor in Oostende.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met collega-werfleiders en fungeert als sparring-partner.
  • Begeleiding: Ben je een startende werfleider, dan kan je rekenen op goede begeleiding en ondersteuning
  • Ondersteuning: Je staat er nooit alleen voor. Onze technische dienst, magazijn, calculatoren, IT, milieucoördinator, preventieadviseur en personeelsdienst staan dagelijks voor je klaar.

Jouw Projecten:

  • Infrastructuurwerken:Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het vernieuwen van bestaande rioleringsnetwerken en de heraanleg van rijwegen, of het realiseren van een compleet nieuw wegennetwerk:
  • Uitbreken van bestaande rijwegen en plaatsen van bemaling om het waterniveau te regelen. Aanleggen van hoofdrioleringen en zorgen voor een optimale waterhuishouding. Koppelen van nieuwe rioleringen aan bestaande woningen. Herstellen en vernieuwen van de rijwegen.
