The posting

We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren en goed georganiseerde Werfleider voor de coördinatie en opvolging van keuken- en interieurprojecten vanaf de voorbereiding tot en met de oplevering.

Je vormt de schakel tussen de klant, productie, het montageteam en de werf. De functie combineert technisch inzicht, planning, communicatie en praktische projectcoördinatie. Je werkt zowel aan particuliere projecten als aan grotere bouwprojecten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van keuken- en interieurprojecten op de werf.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen klant, productie, montage en werf.
  • Aansturen en coördineren van monteurs, collega's en onderaannemers.
  • De werkzaamheden op de werf organiseren en deadlines bewaken.
  • Toezien op de kwaliteit en correcte uitvoering van de werken.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat projecten nauwkeurig en volgens de afgesproken vereisten worden uitgevoerd.
  • Technische plannen lezen, controleren en toepassen.
  • Opmetingen uitvoeren en waar nodig de technische voorbereiding van projecten ondersteunen.
  • Instaan voor projectadministratie, waaronder vorderingsstaten en projectdossiers.
  • Technische en praktische problemen opvolgen en oplossingen coördineren.
  • Toezien op de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werf en binnen de werkomgeving.

Profiel & Vaardigheden

  • Ervaring als opmeter en/of werfleider, bij voorkeur binnen keuken- of interieurprojecten.
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en een goede kennis van het productie- en plaatsingsproces van keukens en interieurs.
  • Oog voor detail en een sterke focus op kwaliteit.
  • Sterke communicatieve en coördinerende vaardigheden.
  • Je kunt collega's en onderaannemers op een professionele manier aansturen.
  • Goede organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden.
  • Je kunt deadlines bewaken en tegelijk het overzicht over verschillende taken behouden.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met Key Creator voor het tekenen en controleren van technische plannen.
  • Administratieve taken en projectdocumentatie schrikken je niet af.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en weet ook in stressvolle situaties de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands is vereist.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
