De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Werfleider Koeltechniek in Ieper?

  • Coördineren van de montage en installatie van industriële koel- en vriesinstallaties
  • Het aansturen van techniekers en onderaannemers op de werf
  • Waken over planning, veiligheid, kwaliteit en timing van projecten
  • Communicatie met projectleiders en klanten om een vlotte uitvoering te garanderen
  • Proactief problemen detecteren en oplossingen aanreiken
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang van de werf

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma, bij voorkeur in de richting elektromechanica, koeltechniek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Kennis van industriële elektriciteit is een pluspunt
  • Specifieke ervaring in de koeltechniek is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste - interne opleiding wordt voorzien
  • Organisatorisch sterk, met het vermogen om overzicht te bewaren en prioriteiten te stellen
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, aangevuld met Frans en/of Engels als extra troef
  • Flexibel ingesteld en bereid om je naar verschillende werven te verplaatsen
