Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je leidt en motiveert jouw montageteam op een aangename en constructieve manier rechtstreeks op de werf.
  • Het in goede banen leiden van de montagewerkzaamheden, zoals het plaatsen van staal- en aluminiumprofielen en glaselementen, behoort tot je kernverantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je steekt zelf actief de handen uit de mouwen en helpt het team bij de complexere montage- en afwerkingstaken.
  • Logistieke coördinatie en proactief vooruitkijken naar de komende montagetaken doe je om een vlot verloop te garanderen.
  • Je waakt strikt over de veiligheid op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat alle teamleden de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften nauwgezet opvolgen.
  • Regelmatig overleg je met de Project Manager over de voortgang van de werkzaamheden en eventuele technische uitdagingen.
  • Een sterk technisch inzicht, bij voorkeur door een opleiding elektromechanica, installatietechniek of volledig gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens een eerste relevante werkervaring binnen de staalconstructie, industriebouw, hangarbouw of serrebouw.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, waarbij je vlot spreekt in het Nederlands, Engels en/of Frans.
