Voor onze klant die een toonaangevende staalhandelaar is, gespecialiseerd in het aanbieden en bewerken van staalproducten voor klanten in bouw of industrie. Ze begeleiden klanten met hun staalprojecten van ontwerp tot levering. Snelheid, flexibiliteit en betrouwbaarheid zijn de sleutelwoorden in de proactieve aanpak van de medewerkers. Om hun verdere groei te realiseren, zijn ze voor hun productie op zoek naar een:

Als werkplaatsleider ziet geen enkele dag er hetzelfde uit. Jij krijgt een heel gevarieerd takenpakket:

  • Dagdagelijkse leiding van het team van metaalbewerkers, magazijniers en chauffeurs
  • Vertalen van opdrachten en tekeningen voor uitvoering op de werkvloer
  • Schakel tussen de werkvloer en de commerciële ploeg/calculatiedienst
  • Instaan voor de planning, de taakverdeling, de productiviteit, de opvolging en de bijsturing van de operationele activiteiten
  • Het respecteren van de gevraagde leveringstermijnen mits behoud van de kwalitatieve doelstellingen (continue kwaliteitscontrole)
  • Het plannen van het transport tot bij de klant
  • Implementeren en opvolgen van werk- en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Organiseren van preventief en dringend onderhoud aan het machinepark
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke, nette en veilige werkruimte
  • Het integreren en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Je rapporteert aan de productieverantwoordelijke waarmee je nauw samenwerkt
  • Vlot uitdrukken in Nederlands en Frans
  • Gedreven en motiverende teamplayer met leidinggevende capaciteiten en hands-on mentaliteit
  • Sterk in organisatie en nauwgezet
  • Technisch inzicht (opleiding bachelor elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) aangevuld door leidinggevende ervaring
  • Communicatief, proactief en prioriteiten stellen
  • Oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit, zin voor orde en netheid
  • Loyale en positieve houding
  • PC vaardig (MS Office, kennis van Autocad is een pluspunt)
