🛠️ Jouw dag als Meewerkend Werfleider

  • Werfopstart & Opvolging: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vlot opstarten van nieuwe werven en volgt de voortgang van A tot Z nauwkeurig op.
  • Planning & Organisatie: Je maakt de dagelijkse planningen op en zorgt dat elk project efficiënt verloopt.
  • Logistiek: Je bestelt tijdig de nodige materialen zodat je team nooit stil komt te staan.
  • Hands-on Mentaliteit: Je stuurt je team aan, maar helpt zelf mee op de werf indien de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Kwaliteit & Veiligheid: Je waakt streng over de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en de opgeleverde kwaliteit van de werken.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je hebt een Bachelor Bouwkunde op zak of je bent gelijkwaardig door een stevige ervaring op het terrein.
  • Expertise: Je beschikt over een diepgaande technische kennis omtrent nutsvoorzieningen en grondwerken.
  • Organisator: Je bent een krak in coördinatie en werkt zeer nauwgezet.
  • Communicatie: Je bent vlot in de omgang, een echte teamplayer en spreekt zeer goed Nederlands (elke extra taal is een pluspunt).
  • Flexibiliteit: Je past je vlot aan wisselende omstandigheden op de werf aan.
