  • In de rol van Werfleider Nutsvoorzieningen neem jij de volledige regie op de werf in handen, waarbij je zorgt dat planningen en technische voorschriften nauwgezet worden gevolgd.
  • Je stuurt dagelijks de eigen ploegen en onderaannemers aan, waarbij je hen motiveert om projecten binnen de gestelde deadlines en kwaliteitsnormen op te leveren.
  • Het bewaken van de veiligheid op de werf is jouw topprioriteit, zodat elke collega aan het einde van de dag weer gezond naar huis gaat.
  • Als centraal aanspreekpunt onderhoud je nauwe contacten met opdrachtgevers en besturen, waarbij je proactief communiceert over de voortgang van de werken.
  • De administratieve opvolging, zoals het bijhouden van de werfdagboeken en de voorbereiding van de vorderingsstaten, verwerk je nauwkeurig om een vlekkeloze facturatie te garanderen.
  • Je signaleert technische uitdagingen in een vroeg stadium en weet deze dankzij je expertise om te buigen naar praktische oplossingen op het terrein.
