The posting

Conduterra is gespecialiseerd in het plaatsen, preventief onderhouden en herstellen van ondergrondse (brandblus-, gas-, water-, riolerings- en sprinkler-) leidingen. Met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring en een VCA** certificaat staan veiligheid, groei en operationele efficiëntie centraal in alles wat we doen.

Jouw rol: Als werfleider binnen de ondergrondse leidingbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie, opvolging en kwaliteit van meerdere werven. Je combineert technische expertise met leiderschap, planning en een sterke focus op veiligheid. Je begeleid de ploegen en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt on site voor interne en externe partners.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Technische uitvoering: correcte plaatsing van leidingen, werfuitzetting (met GPS), inmetingen, druktesten, controle van afsluiters en kwaliteitsopvolging

- Werfopvolging: dagelijkse controle van voortgang, bijsturen van ploegen, voorbereiden van toekomstige werkzaamheden

- Planning: dagelijkse communicatie met ploegen ivm planning, deelname aan werfvergaderingen

- Communicatie: kick-off vergaderingen, overleg met nevenaannemers, aanspreekpunt voor vragen en problemen

- Materiaal en machinebeheer: controle van lastoestellen, graafmachines, opvolgen van materiaal en stock, maken van bestellingen, rapportage aan projectleider

- Administratie: uploaden van werffoto’s, progress rapporten, leverbonnen, afmelden van materiaal en administratieve werfafsluiting

- Veiligheid: LMRA, maandelijkse WPI, opvolgen van keuringen, MOS/INC registraties, toezicht op orde en netheid, actief veiligheidsleiderschap

- Rijbewijs B

- Certificaat VCA-VOL (of bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen)

- Ervaring in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur ondergrondse leidingen

- Sterk technisch inzicht en kennis van planlezen

- Communicatief, gestructureerd en veiligheidsbewust

- Leiderschap en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel

- Kennis van het Nederlands, Frans is een grote plus
