Hou je ervan dat een werf technisch volledig klopt vóór de plaatsingsploegen eraan beginnen? Combineer je graag technisch inzicht met klantencontact en opvolging op de werf?

Als Werfleider / Opmeter neem je een dossier in handen zodra de verkoop is afgerond. Vanaf dat moment zorg jij ervoor dat alles technisch correct wordt voorbereid en dat de plaatsing vlot kan verlopen.

Geen functie waarbij je de hele dag achter je bureau zit: je bent regelmatig op de baan, gaat langs op werven, hebt contact met klanten en combineert dit met de technische en administratieve voorbereiding van jouw dossiers.

De functie

Na de verkoop neem jij het dossier over en zorg je voor de volledige technische voorbereiding en opvolging tot aan de plaatsing.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je gaat ter plaatse bij klanten om ramen en deuren nauwkeurig op te meten.
  • Je bespreekt de technische details en uitvoeringsmogelijkheden met de klant.
  • Je controleert de opmetingen, maten, uitvoeringen en technische specificaties.
  • Je werkt het dossier technisch verder uit en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie correct verwerkt wordt.
  • Je bereidt de nodige bestellingen voor en zorgt ervoor dat ramen, deuren, glas, rolluiken, roosters en andere onderdelen correct en tijdig besteld worden.
  • Je volgt jouw dossiers nauwgezet op van opmeting tot plaatsing.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de plaatsingsploegen over alle nodige informatie beschikken en precies weten wat er op de werf moet gebeuren.
  • Je stemt waar nodig af met klanten, leveranciers, collega's en plaatsers.
  • Duikt er tijdens de voorbereiding of uitvoering een technisch probleem op, dan analyseer je de situatie en zoek je mee naar een praktische en haalbare oplossing.
  • Je denkt vooruit en probeert mogelijke problemen al vóór de plaatsing te detecteren en op te lossen.

Kan je technische tekeningen maken, dan is dat mooi meegenomen. Belangrijker is dat je technisch inzicht hebt, nauwkeurig kan opmeten en praktisch en oplossingsgericht denkt.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen bouw, schrijnwerk, ramen en deuren of een technisch verwante omgeving.
  • Een bacheloropleiding in Hout, Bouw of een andere technische richting is een troef, maar relevante ervaring en technisch inzicht wegen minstens even zwaar.
  • Je hebt een stabiel cv en kan terugblikken op duurzame werkervaringen bij je vorige werkgevers.
  • Je kan technische situaties goed inschatten en hebt oog voor details.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en houdt het overzicht over verschillende dossiers.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en durft beslissingen te nemen wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je denkt vooruit en probeert technische problemen te voorkomen in plaats van ze pas op de werf op te lossen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met klanten, leveranciers, collega's en plaatsingsploegen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid over jouw dossiers.
  • Kennis van Ramasoft, Winpro, AutoCAD of gelijkaardige software is een pluspunt.
