Voor een internationaal bedrijf met een stevige verankering in energie-efficiënte totaalprojecten zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren werfleider. Deze onderneming bundelt ontwerp, uitvoering en onderhoud in één geïntegreerde aanpak, waarbij meerdere technische disciplines naadloos samenwerken. Vanuit hun uitvalsbasis in de regio Eeklo worden projecten in België en daarbuiten gecoördineerd, van duurzame installaties tot grootschalige technische realisaties.

Voor de werven in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen zoeken we nu een werfleider die de dagelijkse werking op het terrein organiseert, de ploegen aanstuurt en samen met het team de kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie bewaakt waarvoor dit bedrijf in heel Europa gekend staat.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als werfleider stuur je een team van lassers en pijpfitters aan en zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de werf vlot en efficiënt verlopen
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en garandeert een professionele opvolging van elk project
  • Intern bewaak je de planning, voortgang en opleidingen, zodat alle betrokkenen perfect op elkaar zijn afgestemd
  • Je coördineert de inzet van techniekers en onderaannemers, en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen samenwerkt richting één gemeenschappelijk doel: kwaliteit tot in de kleinste details
  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond in mechanica, opgebouwd via opleiding of praktijkervaring
  • Piping en lastechnieken (zoals TIG- of constructielassen) zijn voor jou geen onbekenden, je begrijpt hoe alles samenkomt in een perfect eindresultaat
  • Leidinggeven zit in je natuur: je weet mensen te motiveren en vindt voor elk technisch vraagstuk een doordachte, praktische oplossing
