Wie zijn wij?

Adidak in Herenthout maakt deel uit van de Argona Groep, een snelgroeiende Belgische groep van bedrijven actief in platte daken, hernieuwbare energie en elektrotechniek. Samen met onze zusterbedrijven ADW, Aditoit, Eco Technics, Team Green en EG-elec vormen we een sterke groep met zeven vestigingen verspreid over Vlaanderen en Wallonië. Met partner Waterland aan onze zijde beschikken we bovendien over een stevige basis om verder te groeien.

Al sinds het einde van de jaren '80 bouwen en renoveren we bij Argona | Adidak daken voor particuliere en industriële klanten. Ondanks onze groei blijven we een organisatie met korte lijnen en een persoonlijke aanpak. Wat ga je doen?

Als werfleider platte daken ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opvolging en coördinatie van onze werven. Je houdt het overzicht over meerdere projecten tegelijk en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden vlot, veilig en volgens planning verlopen.

  • Je coördineert de werkzaamheden op verschillende werven en stuurt je eigen ploegen aan
  • Je bent het rechtstreekse aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie met hen op
  • Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en deadlines en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met het interne verkoopteam zodat alle projectafspraken correct worden uitgevoerd op de werf
  • Je volgt werfvergaderingen op en zoekt actief naar oplossingen voor eventuele problemen
  • Je stelt maandelijks vorderingsstaten op, roept materialen af en controleert de dagelijkse werfverslagen
  • Je coördineert onderaannemers wanneer dat nodig is

Om onze werven vlot en kwalitatief te laten verlopen, zoeken we een ervaren werfleider met een sterke bouwtechnische achtergrond en een hands-on mentaliteit.

  • Je hebt een professionele bachelor Bouw of een master in de bouwkunde of minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie op de werf
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 3 jaar ervaring als werfleider, idealiter in dakwerken of een verwante bouwdiscipline
  • Je bent sterk georganiseerd en houdt moeiteloos het overzicht over meerdere werven en taken tegelijk
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider die ploegen weet te motiveren met duidelijkheid en respect
  • Je denkt in oplossingen, durft beslissingen te nemen en behoudt het overzicht, ook onder tijdsdruk
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en kan vlot overweg met MS Office
  • Je blijft rustig in conflictsituaties en zoekt steeds naar een constructieve oplossing
