The posting

Binnen een gezond, betrouwbaar en kwaliteitsvol bouwbedrijf gespecialiseerd in beton- en infrastructuurwerken neem je als werfleider / projectleider een centrale rol op in de organisatie en uitvoering van werven in zowel infrastructuur als burgerlijke bouwkunde. Je werkt voor klanten binnen een straal van één uur rond Zwevegem en draagt bij aan projecten die meebouwen aan de wereld van morgen.

De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Uittekenen van de werfinstallatie met aanduiding van logistiek.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van globale planning en dagplanning voor personeel, transport en materieel.
  • Uitvoeren van controles van niveaus en tracé.
  • Voorzien van onthaal en opleiding voor nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Leidinggeven door te motiveren, te luisteren en te ondersteunen.
  • Opvolgen van kwaliteit tijdens uitvoering volgens de eisen van het lastenboek.
  • Toezien op veiligheid en meewerken aan verbeteringen volgens VCA‑procedures.
  • Opstellen en verdedigen van vorderingsstaten en meerwerken .
  • Indienen van technische voorstellen en varianten die een win-winsituatie opleveren voor zowel organisatie als klant.
  • Als werfleider / projectleider zorgen voor een efficiënte, veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering van alle toegewezen werven.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma bouwkunde met enkele jaren ervaring.
  • Autonoom kunnen werken en beschikken over sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om kennis vlot over te dragen.
  • Orde en netheid hoog in het vaandel dragen.
  • Flexibel ingesteld en dagelijks inzetbaar voor de werven.
  • In staat om een team aan te sturen en te motiveren.
  • Kunnen uitdrukken in het Frans indien nodig.
  • Als werfleider / projectleider beschik je over het inzicht om werven efficiënt te organiseren en tot een kwalitatieve oplevering te brengen.
