🛠️ Jouw dag als Werfleider

  • 's Ochtends vertrek je vanuit je regio rechtstreeks naar de werf.
  • Vandaag start je een nieuw renovatieproject op: je ontvangt de onderaannemers, overloopt de planning en zorgt dat iedereen meteen veilig en efficiënt aan de slag kan.
  • Als spilfiguur op het terrein volg je de werven op van A tot Z—van de ruwbouw en dakwerken tot de fijne afwerking en schilderwerken.
  • Omdat vrijwel alle uitvoerende taken worden uitbesteed aan gespecialiseerde partners, ligt jouw focus volledig op coördinatie, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je schakelt voortdurend met de projectleider, denkt proactief mee als er zich technische uitdagingen voordoen en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Aan het einde van de dag rijd je voldaan naar huis met de wetenschap dat het project strak op schema ligt.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bouwkundige achtergrond (via een relevante studie of gelijkwaardige ervaring).
  • Je beschikt over een flinke dosis veldervaring; ervaring als ploegbaas in de bouw is een grote troef.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met onderaannemers en weet hen op een natuurlijke, respectvolle manier aan te sturen.
  • Je hebt een praktisch inzicht en het vermogen om op de werf actief en oplossingsgericht mee te denken.
  • Ook (ex-)zelfstandigen uit de bouwsector die de overstap willen maken naar een vaste functie zijn van harte welkom.
