Ben jij klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging binnen de wereld van techniek? Bij buro Nexus zijn we steeds op zoek naar de meest gedegen professional(s) om binnen ons netwerk op langdurige, toonaangevende projecten het verschil te maken als Werfleider residentieel.

Als Werfleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en coördinatie van het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen op de werf. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokkenen hun werk efficiënt en correct kunnen uitvoeren. Daarbij voer je opmetingen uit, stel je detailplanningen op en ondersteun je de projectleider bij het opmaken van vorderingsstaten en verrekeningen.

Verder sta je in voor het opmaken en beheren van plannen en uitgewerkte schetsen, die je zorgvuldig verspreidt onder interne medewerkers en onderaannemers. Dankzij jouw ervaring en technische kennis waak je erover dat de werken niet alleen correct, maar ook op hoog kwalitatief niveau worden uitgevoerd.

· Je hebt een bachelor/graduaat Bouwkunde op zak.

· Je beschikt over minstens 2 jaar ervaring.

· Je bent sterk in teams aansturen, motiveren en ontwikkelen.

· Je hebt oog voor efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid.

· Je hebt een grondig (bouw)technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht.

· Je hebt voldoende kennis van de bouwwetgeving.

· Je hebt een VCA-attest voor leidinggevenden en EHBO-attest voor nijverheidshelper behaald.

· Je hebt kennis van tekenprogramma’s (2D en 3D), Excel, Word en MS Project.
