Voor een gespecialiseerd bouwbedrijf actief in duurzame renovatie van gas-, water- en rioleringsstelsels zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Werfleider rioolrenovatie. Het bedrijf focust op sleufloze en milieuvriendelijke renovatietechnieken die zorgen voor minimale hinder voor de omgeving.

Jouw rol:

Als werfleider ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een vlotte uitvoering van onze projecten.

  • Je volgt één grote werf of meerdere kleinere werven op.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte planning, uitvoering en kwaliteitsbewaking van de werken.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt tussen de opdrachtgever, de binnendienst en de uitvoeringsteams.
  • Je analyseert dossiers, stelt uitvoeringsplanningen op en optimaliseert de werkmethodes.
  • Je stuurt één of meerdere ploegen aan en werkt nauw samen met de projectleider.
  • Je rapporteert aan de projectleider en ziet toe op veiligheid, timing en budget.
  • Diploma bouwkunde (bachelor of master/ingenieur).
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de infrastructuursector.
  • Ervaring als werfleider op middelgrote of grote projecten is een troef.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en plant resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent een dynamisch, flexibel en communicatief leider.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office (vooral Excel).
  • Rijbewijs B is vereist.
  • Je bent bereid werven op te volgen over het hele land en deels in Nederland. (De meeste werven zijn kortdurend – vaak slechts 1 dag – waarbij de ploegen zelfstandig werken.)
  • Je bent bij voorkeur één dag per week aanwezig op kantoor in Hasselt voor team- en planningsoverleg.
