Als werfleider ruwbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:

  • Coördineren van dagelijkse werfactiviteiten zodat planning en kwaliteit gegarandeerd blijven.
  • Afstemmen met projectleiding, onderaannemers en leveranciers om een vlot verloop te verzekeren.
  • Leiden van werfvergaderingen en rapporteren over voortgang en aandachtspunten.
  • Controleren van uitvoeringsplannen en toezien op correcte toepassing van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van leveringen, materiaalgebruik en uitvoeringsmethodes.
  • Oplossen van technische vragen en ondersteunen van ploegen met praktische beslissingen.
  • Bewaken van budgetten, termijnen en kwaliteitsnormen doorheen het volledige project.
  • Voorbereiden van de oplevering en opvolgen van resterende punten.

Profiel

Als werfleider ruwbouw is je profiel omschreven als volgt:

  • Relevante ervaring (5 jaar) binnen ruwbouw of een bouwkundige achtergrond die toelaat om snel verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Bij voorkeur genoot je van een hogere opleiding in een bouwtechnische richting.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken.
  • Heldere communicator die teams motiveert en partners professioneel aanstuurt.
  • Nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en met een natuurlijk gevoel voor structuur en veiligheid.
  • Bereid om projecten in de regio Brussel te begeleiden.
