Ben jij een ervaren werfleider met een passie voor ruwbouw en appartementsbouw? Voor een ambitieus klasse 5 bouwbedrijf in de regio kust zoeken we een gedreven Werfleider Ruwbouw die verantwoordelijkheid neemt over uitdagende residentiële bouwprojecten van A tot Z. In deze functie stuur je werven aan binnen de appartementsbouw en werk je samen met een hecht team waar vertrouwen, communicatie en kwaliteit centraal staan. Je mag rekenen op een aantrekkelijk loonpakket tussen €2.400 en €4.000 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van jouw ervaring). Interesse? Lees snel verder!

De functie inhoud Wat houdt het takenpakket van Werfleider Ruwbouw in?

  • Praktische coördinatie van ruwbouwprojecten van opstart tot afronding.
  • Dagelijkse leiding op de werf met focus op structuur, voortgang en organisatie.
  • Realisatie van projecten binnen vooropgestelde timing en budgetten.
  • Bewaking van kwaliteit, orde en veiligheid op de werf.
  • Aansturing en motivering van eigen medewerkers en ploegen op de werf.
  • Efficiënt plannen, snel schakelen en kort op de bal spelen bij wijzigingen.
  • Rapportering en afstemming met de projectleider.

Onze klant Je komt terecht bij een sterk groeiend klasse 5 bouwbedrijf actief in de regio kust, gespecialiseerd in ruwbouw en residentiële appartementsbouw. Binnen de organisatie staan vakmanschap, teamwork en een open communicatie centraal. Als werfleider werk je nauw samen met projectleiders en vaste teams waardoor je de nodige focus kan behouden op kwaliteit, planning en uitvoering.   • Affiniteit met residentiële nieuwbouwprojecten en ruwbouw is essentieel.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma Bouwkunde (industrieel of burgerlijk) vormt een sterke basis.
  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige werfrol.
  • Flexibiliteit, motivatie en verantwoordelijkheidszin als natuurlijke drijfveren.
  • Geen uitgesproken 9-to-5-mentaliteit, maar betrokkenheid bij het project.
  • Je voelt je thuis binnen een klasse 5 bouwbedrijf actief in de regio kust.
