Zwaenepoel Construct is een bouwbedrijf gespecialiseerd in de realisatie van kwalitatieve nieuwbouwprojecten. Als hoofdaannemer staan we in voor de volledige uitvoering en opvolging van onze projecten.

Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen en onze werven van dichtbij op te volgen, zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde werfleider die ons team komt versterken.

Als werfleider speel je een centrale rol in de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van onze werven. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werken vlot verlopen en vormt de schakel tussen de verschillende partijen op de werf.

Jouw taken:

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse organisatie, coördinatie en opvolging van één of meerdere werven aan de kust. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je stuurt de arbeiders en onderaannemers op de werf aan en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen. Je volgt ieder project op van voorbereiding tot definitieve oplevering. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste materialen tijdig op de werf aanwezig zijn en staat in voor het afroepen en opvolgen van bestellingen. Je stelt vorderingsstaten en afrekeningen op en controleert de gepresteerde werkuren. Je denkt actief mee over bouwmethodes en praktische oplossingen om de werkzaamheden zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen. Je houdt steeds het overzicht over de werf en zorgt ervoor dat de vooropgestelde afspraken, deadlines en kwaliteitsnormen worden nageleefd.
