The posting

  • De dagelijkse operationele leiding neemt over een deel van de werf en het betrokken personeel.
  • Minder ervaren werfleiders begeleidt en jouw kennis en ervaring met hen deelt.
  • Waakt over een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte uitvoering van de werken.
  • De planning nauwgezet opvolgt en proactief bijstuurt waar nodig.
  • Meedenkt over praktische oplossingen bij uitdagingen op de werf.
  • Actief deelneemt aan algemene teammeetings, planningsoverleg volgens de Lean-methodiek, kwaliteitsmeetings en andere overlegmomenten.
  • Op een duidelijke en constructieve manier communiceert met de projectleider, onderaannemers en arbeiders.
  • Ervoor zorgt dat de vooropgestelde doelstellingen binnen timing, kwaliteit en veiligheid worden gerealiseerd.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren werfleider die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van complexe bouwprojecten.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in een bouwkundige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als werfleider, bij voorkeur binnen ruwbouw en/of betonwerken.
  • Je bent sterk in organisatie, planning en communicatie.
  • Je neemt van nature initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en begrijpt dat je binnen een project van deze omvang één belangrijke schakel vormt in een groter geheel.
  • Ervaring met Nederlandse bouwprojecten of Systeemgerichte Contractbeheersing (SCB) is een mooie plus.
  • Je bent bereid om op het project in Vlissingen te werken.
