Wil jij als Werfleider Sanitair jouw technische kennis combineren met coördinatie en teambegeleiding op de werf? In deze rol neem je verantwoordelijkheid, behoud je overzicht en werk je actief mee aan kwalitatieve installaties.

In regio Lokeren kom je terecht bij een groeiende speler binnen HVAC en sanitaire technieken. Binnen deze organisatie werken projectleiding en uitvoering nauw samen, met korte communicatielijnen en een duidelijke focus op kwaliteit. Dankzij een sterke reputatie en een stabiele structuur worden projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering doordacht aangepakt.

Door de verdere groei van het bedrijf zoeken ze een Werfleider die meerdere sanitairprojecten ondersteunt en het verschil maakt op de werf.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als werfleider bereid je werven voor en zorg je voor een vlotte opstart van de sanitaire werkzaamheden
  • Je vormt de schakel tussen techniekers en projectleiders en bewaakt de planning en voortgang van de projecten
  • Dagelijks stuur je teams aan, brief je hen over de uit te voeren werken en controleer je de kwaliteit op de werf
  • Bij technische of praktische problemen neem je initiatief en werk je oplossingsgericht samen met het team
  • Tot slot zorg je voor een correcte rapportering en onderhoud je vlot contact met klanten, collega’s en verantwoordelijken
  • Je behaalde een bachelor in een technische richting, bij voorkeur sanitair of installatietechniek
  • Daarnaast heb je minstens 4 jaar ervaring binnen sanitaire installaties en beschik je over een sterke materiaalkennis
  • Verder communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en neem je een coachende rol op richting techniekers en teams
