ls Werfleider Seinrichting:

  • ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, organiseren en opvolgen van spoor- en seininstallatiewerken;
  • sta je in voor het coördineren en aansturen van uitvoerende ploegen op de werf;
  • zal je samenwerken met onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen;
  • kijk je toe op kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van procedures;
  • sta je in voor het opstellen van planningen en voorzien van materiaal en middelen;
  • zal je technische richtlijnen en lastenboeken correct toepassen;
  • zal je samen met de projectleiding de uitvoeringstechnieken optimaliseren;
  • sta je in voor de administratieve opvolging en rapportering van uitgevoerde werken;
  • sta je in voor het onderhouden van contacten met klanten en stakeholders;
  • ben je actief op verschillende werven in de regio Antwerpen, Mechelen, Leuven en Brussel.

Als Werfleider Seinrichting;

  • ben je in het bezit van een Bachelor of master in Bouwkunder, Elektromechanica of een technische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • heb je ervaring als werfleider of binnen een technische/ projectmatige werkomgeving is een plus punt;
  • heb je sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en natuurlijk leiderschap;
  • ben je in staat om meerdere werven, planningen en stakeholders tegelijk te op te volgen;
  • beschik je over een hands-on mentaliteit en kan oplossingsgericht denken;
  • ben je stressbestendig en flexibel ingesteld;
  • heb je een grote aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid;
  • ben je bereid om sporadisch nachtwerk op te volgen;
  • beschik je over een goede kennis van MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • heb je een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal, Frans is een plus punt;
  • ben je in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B;
  • kan je zelfstandig en in teamverband werken.
