Bij HEADHUNTER.Vlaanderen hebben we een samenwerking met verschillende bedrijven die actief zijn in de ruime bouw sector met o.a. kabel & leiding technieken, wegenwerken, civiele werken, spoorwegen en gebouwen maar ook bouwmaterialen, automatisatie processen & scheepsherstellingen.

Onze klant is een toonaangevend internationaal bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in de aanleg, het beheer en onderhoud van infrastructuur en spoorwegen, evenals in civiele techniek en techniek voor gebouwen. Het bedrijf is actief in diverse sectoren, waaronder spoorwegen, civiele infrastructuur, techniek en gebouwen, en is bekend om zijn innovatieve oplossingen en duurzame aanpak.

  • Na een opleidingsperiode draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de jou toegewezen werf en geef je hierbij leiding aan één of meerdere teams van arbeiders en ploegbazen.
  • Je organiseert, plant en volgt de uitvoering van de activiteiten op de werf aan de hand van een projectplan, teneinde een correcte en tijdige oplevering te voorzien.
  • In overleg met het projectteam pas je eventuele correctieve maatregelen toe en lost technische problemen op.
  • Je organiseert werfvergaderingen teneinde een vlotte en open communicatie te garanderen en de klant te informeren.
  • Je houdt op autonome wijze toezicht op de correcte uitvoering van de werken en de toepassing van de geldende kwaliteits-, milieu- en veiligheidsnormen teneinde de activiteiten conform deze wetgevingen te laten uitvoeren.
  • Je draagt zorg voor de operationele rapportering rond het project en verstrekking van de gegevens aan de administratie.
  • Je werkt in een vast projectteam met wie u een open communicatie onderhoudt.
  • Je genoot een hogere technische opleiding (bachelor of master Bouw of Elektromechanica) en hebt idealiter een eerste werkervaring achter de rug, ofwel in de bouwsector ofwel in een productieomgeving.
  • Je bent in staat om een team te leiden en te motiveren.
  • Je bent flexibel naar mogelijk weekend- en nachtwerk.
  • Kennis van Frans is geen verplichting, maar wel een zeer sterke troef
