Ben jij een geboren organisator die graag mensen aanstuurt en het overzicht bewaart? Voor een familiaal bedrijf gespecialiseerd in spoor- en elektriciteitswerken vanuit Wingene zoeken we een werfleider die meerdere werven en ploegen succesvol aanstuurt.

Als werfleider vorm je de schakel tussen de projectleider, de ploegen en het bestuur. Je zet de projectplanning om in een efficiënte werking op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat alles aanwezig is om de werken vlot te laten verlopen.

Jouw taken:

  • Coördineren van één of meerdere werven verspreid over België.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van verschillende ploegen.
  • Opstellen van de korte termijnsplanning.
  • Organiseren van personeel, materiaal en materieel op de werf.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van de werken.
  • Regelmatig werfbezoeken uitvoeren en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Overleggen met de projectleider en rapporteren over de stand van zaken.
  • Verzorgen van de nodige administratieve opvolging.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk overdag, maar bent flexibel wanneer nacht- of weekendwerken nodig zijn.
  • Je hebt ervaring als werfleider, ploegbaas of in een gelijkaardige technische functie.
  • Een diploma in bouw, elektromechanica of een technische richting is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over technische kennis en weet hoe werken georganiseerd en uitgevoerd moeten worden.
  • Je kan zelfstandig beslissingen nemen en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en communiceren.
  • Je weet mensen positief aan te sturen en te motiveren.
  • Nacht- en weekendwerk schrikken je niet af.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands vlot.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Attesten zoals VCA of machinecertificaten zijn een extra troef.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht mee en werkt graag samen met collega's.
